I've done a lot of snarking here (and man, I don't regret a single post) but I figured it was about time I contributed some real content. I wish to discuss the connection between the Aeon of Horus which - according to standard Thelemic doctrine - we entered in 1904, and the 2012 phenomenon.

the phenomena of the 70's you talk of are quite intimately connected to workings, and texts channeled, by Kenneth Grant in the late 50's to mid 60's at Nu-isis lodge, the results of which one may say gives rise to many of the strange contacts and happenings of the 70's and of course his working of 1950-1960 were informed by the parson/achad current of the previous decade. Also, Leary never thought he was the incarnation of Crowley, per say, but rather meant to carry on his work- with many starnge concurrences between the Work of the two men. A good summary of the basic state of things, though much of what you write about the double current and their respective aeons seems rather.... premature in that some of the conclusions you draw may be based upon judgments which could use to have a lot more research put into them. I won't get into the specifics here, but I am sure, come our trip in the next few days, we will probably end up talking about it all ( ... )
