I dont know how to feel, to be angry, depressed, mad, upset, sad, down, happy, disapointed, broken, i just dont know. I feel so upset, and depressed, and yet also angry. I feel unwanted and sad. 1.find a time and place where there'll be no interuptions
2.sit in a position that is comfortable(sitting, lotus position, lying down. although you may fall asleep lying down)
3.concentrate on an object(flower, mountain, lake, candle flame. candle flame will probably work best. best option would be to light an actual candle and set it in front of and concentrate on just the flame and how it moves.)
4.try to just think about the candle and how it moves. other thoughts and images will pop into your head to distract you. just think a little bit about them and then slowly come back to your image. you may even have to each every so often, but don't pay attention to that.
doing this sort of empties the "shelves" of our minds so we may think more clearly and to help reduce stress and something else but i'll get into that later.
5.you may stop when you feel guided too.
