Totally understand the dog thing. I talk to my rats when they die. Even after they die I talk to them. I'm sorry to hear that he's not doing well though. I know it's hard.

i woulnd't feel stupid about the dog thing either. i've talked to all my pets that have died. but i think that most people have a closer bond w/dogs. i dunno why, but that's how it goes.
