Uh oh. Maybe dropping to two pumps isn't such a good idea -- especially since she is drinking some milk ... when she is awake. I got only 7.5 ounces this morning

Just curious.... Is it possible she might have an ear infection? Maybe I missed something, and you already ruled it out, but I know at one point I thought Kadin was teething really bad, but come to find out he had an ear infection, and once he was on antibiotics, it was a lot better.
As for the pumping... I wouldn't wean off it just yet. She might still come around, and then what? Y'know?
It sounds like lethargy, but it also sounds like she's SICK! Poor little girl!
I'd wake her every few hours to offer her fluids...how's her output? Is that a fever with or without tylenol on board? If she hasn' had any tylenol, I'd probably give her some, too and then see what her temp is. And, I'd call the doc after I had those numbers (before and after tylenol) just to see what they think.
Better to be overly cautious than not. ((Hugs)) I hope she feels better soon.
Ya' know, I was going to post yesterday that I've never seen a baby who was _just_teething_ who stopped crawling and playing _at_all_
That doesn't mean it doesn't happen -- I just haven't seen it in my limited experience with kiddos. I would definitely take her to the pediatrician to get checked -- just in case -- just to be safe. All that sleeping sounds like illness and fevers can get really high really fast in a baby. Might as well have your bases covered.
I think as long as her fever goes down with tylenol or motrin and she's drinking something and having pee diapers you're doing about all you can. If you're feeling like you should call just for the peace of mind I would do it. Trust your mommy instinct!

I'm a when in doubt, check it out kind of person. I'd call the doctor.
