There are too many damn noobs in this world.

If your city is going to have an average house price of half a million dollars ... yes, we finally overtook Sydney for the most ridiculously priced homes in the country ... then the people working in the real-estate business really SHOULD know what the fuck they're doing.

I hate the world right now....
