I'm beginning to get very frustrated at work, mostly because I have no idea who half my team is. There's like, 40 people in it, on a floor of 100, so it's hard to even tell who's in my team, and then I was never introduced to anyone (you'll meet them slowly it's too much at once anyway), so now I'm in a position where I've been here for 3 weeks,

Where abouts in Ireland are you living? The worst thing is when everyone remembers your name and you forget all theirs. I remember once a guy came up to my desk and asked me to set up a meeting with my boss and himself. He walked away and I had NO IDEA what his name was. I was searching the work directory (it had photos and names) till I figured out who it was

I'm in Belfast, so not technically Ireland. But it's Ireland to about 50% of the population so that works for me. We've got a 'Northern Ireland Who's Who' directory with photos too and I use it CONSTANTLY but the photos still all look the same too me!
