Xeeny and my's weekend at the London Triathlon. Sadly, there are few photos of the event as it was much bigger and spectators couldn't get as close to the course. Bloody hell, mate, you're actually good at this.

Great report. Good effort. Grape and grain now, I think, eh?

Fantastic effort. Shockingly consistent splits as well. Despite your grumbling about cycling, it doesn't really sound like you have a weak discipline. Getting a PB on a 10K after the swim and cycle is, frankly, just showing off.

And you can write a good story as well - I hate you..!

Good photos, too, tiger-boy. Liza looks to be getting in plenty of practice for the title of "long-suffering" :)

So the question is, seeing as how I've got an Oly as my Challenge de Year next year - would you recommend London or suggest somewhere a bit less hectic?

Wait for my entry - I will paint a rather less rosy picture. In fact I hated it. Given your (I think) dislike of London, I would suggest doing something local if you can.

Impressive.......Most Impressive....

HR - Heart rate?? Body Glide??? Sounds rather serious to me.
Howver amusing pictures aside, looked like you both did rather well, don't think I'd have been able to keep up.

So then Ironman next for you then???
