i watched a show on TLC this weekend about a family with 15 kids. from arkansas. homeschooled. and they literally drive a bus to go places. FIFTEEN FUCKING KIDS. now, i'm not knocking anything having children. by all means, do what you want with your life, BUT when they interviewed the daughters on what they wanted to be when they grew up, they all ( Read more... )

chica they're in ARKANSAS.... fuck i had to go look how to spell that.... i mean... the state isn't all that well known for smart people... and Michalea tells me she wants to be a mommy when she grows up too... but i've told her that first she has to go to college. i'm not letting my girls make my mistakes.. ok so i regret timing... but i don't ever regret my girls. i hate the fact that i didn't get to do the things that everybody else did senior year. but i've made up for it i suppose... and i plan on goin back to school... someday

exactly. there's absolutely NOTHING wrong with being a mother, but to have that be your ONLY ambition in life????
believe me, hon, you didn't missed out on ANYTHING! look at where our classmates are. still right the fuck there. you left. you CHOSE to go back. you didn't stay there because you had to or because you were too dumb to leave. you went back willingly and i have all the faith in the world that you'll achieve whatever you want in life. that's just part of who you are! :)

and michaela's just a wittle gurl who idolizes her mommy. the girls i was talking about were fourteen and fifteen. if michaela doesn't want more out of life by then i will PERSONALLY kick her ass. :P

Why would they get money for homeschooling? I never heard of that. But hell, unless he's making a bloody fortune, they probably get free food and free insurance and free health care and maybe even free housing. Almost makes me want to hurry up and have 14 more. Almost, but not quite. :P
