I have a question I'm not sure if I even seen you post this! How long did it take you to drop the weight from you highest point? and What was your highest weight. <33
My highest weight was about 134, and roughly, I would say about 6 months. Last year I reached a low weight of 85, and then this past spring, I was given a choice of gaining weight or dropping my college classes (per the university's decision), and started to gain weight. I gained about 12 pounds, and then in August decided to start losing again, and am now down 12 pounds once more.
Oh I couldn't agree more! salsa is WONDERFUL! Add it to a serving of egg beaters to enhance flavor and voila! a 50cal meal! Yum, yum, yum... even better with unsalted baked corn tortillas. :)
I make my own homemade recipe, and I usually eat it more like a soup, rather than a salsa. If I do eat it something, it is either 1.) cucumber slices 2.) With boiled okra pods or 3.) Ontop of some sort of steamed squash (zucchini, calabaza, yellow, or spaghetti squash
