darjeeling limited? isn't that the train movie? i saw most of it on cable, back in the east nashville house. i remember it being kind of lame, but i think i liked about 30 minutes of it.
i'm glad you're doing so well in school, sweetie. and i enjoyed hanging out with you the other night, even though you apparently can't handle driving in traffic. sad.
(edit: i was just teasing, and expected steph to fight back a little bit. sadface)
which 30 minutes? the part with anjelica huston wearing an anne heche wig? or the part where jason schwartzmann continues to be a huge, pretentious, annoying cockface for another 30 minutes?
Yeah...I totally disliked Darjeeling Limited. I loved Life Aquatic, but I couldn't wait until Darjeeling Limited ended in the theater. The only great part of that movie experience was the cool indie theater I saw it in.
Granted, I also never understood why Rushmore was supposed to be so great in the first place. *sigh*
that film just did not interest me for any length of time. : /
rushmore was okay, but I never felt it was super amazing myself, it was entertaining when I was 16 and first saw it, but it didn't stick with me as any enduring cinematic achievement.
and i just can't stand that jason guy. he's just so full of himself and he always plays the same quirky, popular with the women, disaffected snot in just about everything. ugh.
looking at the names of these classes, i feel a little silly about gloating about all A's, and then i remember just how much fucking time and energy i had to dedicate to all these first year artsy pants courses and i'm once again comfortable with gloating.
