Jacob came home with something and I'm pretty sure he gave it to me. I may be paranoid, but it feels like I'm getting sick: light cough, tingly/mild scratchy feeling in the back of my throat, slight itchiness in my sinuses.

I really don't want to be sick, but I can't remember the last time I caught a cold, so I guess I'm due. : /

Quick, go eat a bunch of vitamin D and C. I'm pretty sure this helps your immune system. Then take 4 ibuprophen and go to sleep. Take Nyquil/shots if you must.

This usually works for me.
