So Chris' surprise party went well.  A bunch of people showed up, he was surprised (and a little late which almost wrecked plans but didn't), and he loved it.  Score on all counts.

The semester has ended, and with it, 1/4 of my master's program.  I'm going to North Carolina for Christmas; I have no idea what I'm going to do there.

I don't remember Milosevic dying. You'd think that should be something I'd remember.

I'm still waiting for them to catch Ratko Mladic. Not only is he one of the most vile men on earth (far surpassing Milosevic), but he has a perfect villain name.
