So i'll give it to you. that's right, i'm taking off my shirt. ah, that's better! and now for the update;)
First of all,
. After much testing, it has been determined that i do NOT have the following problems: a heart condition, brain tumor, cancer, lupis, anemia, nor am i pregnant (i know that must come a a shock to you all... i had a "fun" time explaining that one;). I do however have neurocardiogenic syncope, which basically means when my heart rate speeds up, my blood pressure plumits (usually blood pressure rises along with increased heart rate), preventing my brain from getting enough blood, hense the passing out. But it's all cool. i'm on meds, which is good, but they make my skin get all tingly, which is bad. it's REALLY icky! i have my final check up today, so i'm gonna ask the doctor if there's some alternative to the skin-crawling meds:) but overall, i'm good; haven't fainted in two weeks, so i'm allowed to drive again! yay!
But skes, where have you been? I've been in michigan with my family. now i'm all peachy and freckly (except for my swimsuit line) and bruised from water skiing/tubing/playing with dogs/body serfing/sailing. it was actually a lot of fun (though i've reached full copacity on "family time"). we basically had a rotating door of various relatives, not to mention natalie came up to visit, which was AWESOME! it was really good to see someone from oberlin (though i still miss you guys a whole whole lot;(
In
i'm in the process of moving out of my parents house. i will temporarily moving in with staab in chambana. even though we all know my thoughts on middle of nowhere illinois/missouri/ohio, this really is the best option because it a)means i'll be living within two hours of downtown chicago, allowing me to go to interviews/auditions/apartent showings; b)i'll be living with staab *grins stupidly*; c)i'll be able to save up money, as i (hopefully still) have a job at a coffee shop (i have an oberlin degree. would you like cream with that?); and finally d) i will NOT be living with my parents (praise be to jebus)! i'll be moving to chicago, hopefully within the next 6months, but for the time being, this is my first choice.
