If you could force your more or less up-tight, cookie-cutter, not-quite-as-liberal-as-you'd-like co-workers to watch any movie (in theory your favorite), what would it be?

Depends on how much you want to punish them. If you just want to make them sit through a terribly poor and painfully awkward movie, I recommend "Very Bad Things." If you want to make them gape at self-inflicted torturous gore, go with "Ichi the Killer."

Or, if you want to offend their senses completely, try "Pink Flamingos." If you want everyone to projectile vomit all over eachother, play "Drink Flamingos," and drink cheap vodka everytime something filthy is said or done.

P.S. Don't forget the camera.
