Hello darlings this post is about ACEN. AGAIN. YEAH. Only really relevant to people that have already expressed interest, probably.

Broseph and I are checking in on the 19th.
Location:
Hyatt Regency O'Hare, Rosemont, IL (Chicago)
Transportation:
Flying is generally easiest. The hotel has free shuttle service to and from the Hyatt. Fly into O'HARE. Cost: This is on you to figure out.
Pre-Registration:
Strongly recommended. It is $45 dollars until January 15th. Please click here for it. NOTE: If you plan on AAing, do not click the mailing option! Actually just go read the AA bit first.
Artist Alley:
Tables are $60 for 8x2 foot tables. Each table can have four (4) badges with it (bought separately at registration). Registration (for AA) isn't open yet, but it will be soon. I am planning on just trying to nab tables early for whoever wants to share the space and we can just split the cost. The benefits of this would be that more people can have an AA badge (even if they are not selling), and thus they'd be totally in the clear for just hanging out with us behind the table. 2 tables = 8 badges. This will depend on how many people are actually interested! Please let me know ASAP so I know if I should try to snag two tables or not. Artist Alley FAQ is here.
On my table there are 2 (possibly 3) of 4 badges already spoken for, so I'd be able to share my table with one (1) person if I'm only getting one table.
Hotel:
This is the annoying bit. I was only able to get a king sized room at the Hyatt because everywhere else is totally sold out o-oops. I have two booked, but I think I am most definitely dropping the second one because no one wants to pay that much for lodging. So it will be cozy but I think the only time we'll really all be in it is when we are sleeping so ?_? ANYWAY. COST BREAK DOWN. I will do this based on numbers on the poll of interest from Ju…ly… Yeah. This is for the whole weekend.

Yeah those are totally awesome figures I know. These numbers are going to fluctuate a little, because they are based on all three nights. If you won't be staying the night on Thursday, you will not be charged for it. So in the end some people will probably pay a little more than others. Please keep that in mind!
Please also consider the cost of FOOD but I will bring that subject up again later.
All in all it is a… kind of expensive weekend. I apologize. I would like to try and make it cheaper for everyone involved but most of it is not in my hands ;;
If you are making definite plans on going, please let me know as soon as possible! Right now my confirmed list consists of (1) Me and (2) Broseph. SO. Yes. Thank you!
