I admitted to the Home Treatment Team that I had a problem with self harming today. Basicaly I've become addicted to the endorphines that are created when I feel pain. Seeing blood calms me. Im about to go to A&E!

Fell off Cherries while doing pole work. She went a little loony ( no suprise there!) and I flew backwards and seem to have done something to my back. Very painfull!

Oh well, fun for me!
