Here's my hypothesis: not only is Bush (not to mention his entire cabal of advisors, handlers, and flunkies) incapable of admitting that he is wrong, but more to the point, he likes this war and wants it to continue. This is better than football, as far as Georgie Boy is concerned: more men, big guns, more at stake. Fire and death and the prospect of Armageddon make his dick hard, and Cheney's and Rumsfeld's and probably Bill Frist's, too. They dig this war and they won't let anything or anybody spoil their fun: not rising body counts, not logical arguments, and certainly not some wacked-out widow hanging around outside their house. Does Bush give half a wet Waco fuck about Cindy Sheehan or her dead son? Fuck, no. He cares more about what flavor of Doritos to eat while he's watching footage of 19-year-old Marines being ripped apart by shrapnel off IEDs. The lives of individual humans are NUMBERS ON A SCREEN to him. This world is a video game for Georgie, and he's got the cheat codes (in the form of Daddy's money, political ( ... )
