I really should stop neglecting this thing. Not only have I not posted in forever, I'm not reading my f-page consistently anymore, either. I have thought to check it twice so far this week, though, which is an improvement ( Read more... )

You aren't missing much. People are posting to their journals less often.

Senioritis can be such a pain. Good luck dealing with it.

Wow, I've been so busy with work that I almost forgot about getting things in order for AC. I haven't even considered what to do for a room yet.

If you need it, Livejournal has a mobile interface at http://m.livejournal.com

So I've noticed, but the number of people who's journals I read is slowly growing, so that offsets it a little.

Thanks. The most frustrating thing is that, had I been working on a comp sci major from the outset instead of screwing around with physics and math first, I'd have been able to graduate in six or seven semesters instead of ten. >=/

I haven't really made any plans aside from reserving a room. I just knew that with the Courtyard being an official hotel this year from the outset, rooms with two beds were gonna book up crazy fast.

My phone's browser does fine with the regular UI, but thanks. =3

Interesting, that means Livejournal isn't technically dead. The userbase has just shifted.

The delay was worth it if you end up with a more satisfying career path. I wish I would have changed my major to computer science or computer engineering.

Crud. I hadn't even considered how fast the Courtyard would fill up.

I've found that the mobile interface is most useful when on a slow network, like AT&T's.

I don't think LJ is dead anyway, but it's not so much userbase shift as social circle expansion. I met and got to know a lot of new people at FC and Furry Fiesta.

What did you major in? I've known you for almost four years and don't think it's ever come up.

Yeah, it and the Westin booked up in like two days. I camped the reservation site the morning the room blocks opened.

I'm on Verizon, so I get about half a meg downstream in most places. Slow compared to the 6Mb cable connection in my apartment, but not bad vs. the 768kbps DSL back home.
