you know what's awesome .... I found one of my old weigh-in books and when I started all of this ages ago I weighed 174lbs I guess my on and off joining and quitting of ww had never really made me realise how much I really did put into this .. I mean 24 lbs lost is great ... I keep looking at that plateau i've been on forever and I don't see the ( Read more... )

Thank you. We all need to remeber where we started to see how far we have come.

What I do? I posted my least favorite picture of myself on the fridge with my 25 lb magnet. Evertime I go in there I see it.

AND PLEASE keep those recieps coming....I love 'em.

it's the real deal tho not just in some gym with an aerobics instructor .. it's real fighting and stuff :) gotta love anger management haha

I feel as though this could have been an entry in my own journal! Down to the kickboxing (I recently started Tae Kwon Do and a gym kickboxing class).

Thanks for reminding people that maintenance is just as much of a success as loss. I have a hard time remembering that sometimes.
