just the other day I received my Carmen Electra strip to fit videos ... at first I was very curious but now im blown away of how fun it is ... I usually find myself struggling to keep up with exercise videos as im not coordinated but now I find myself catching on to all the moves really quickly and let me tell you for one it's a great workout, 2.

yeah im all sore today ... I've only done the first one and it's not cardio workout at all but it does get you sweating and looks real sexy when you get right into it ... the moves are fun and really help with your flexibility !
