Our meeting leader says once you've been on WW long enough, it becomes a subconscious thing. Even when you think you did "bad" you prob didn't do as "bad" as you would have if you weren't on WW. Congrats on the minor gain tho - You can lose that in no time! I weigh around 153 and my lifetime goal is 140 but I want to be at 130 or so, so we have that in common =)
