Today we donted a Mikey defibrillator to Ryerson. it was really weird how both sides of my life came together in one spot at one time

This is the Toronto chapter of toastmaster's website. They specialize in helping people with public speaking...might help, especially for someone like you who does have to do public speaking for Mikey from time to time.
