More Adventures in Electrophoresis

Feeling a little overwhelmed by work today. I'm figuring stuff out, a little bit at a time. I know that's normal, and to be expected. What worries me is that I'm gonna be on my own starting Monday, and I totally don't feel ready. I managed a gel pretty much on my own today, but messed up the staining and had to redo it. Then something similar

Don't worry about it sweetie. I've done the same thing and it's really not necessary. Most of the time it's the irrational fear of screwing up and then you do cause your thinking about how you might screw up! The other employees and boss(s) know things are not picked up immediately and they should be lenient on you. If they are not I'll just have to come over there and beat them until they realize you are full of awesome!
