It's great really. I pay inexpensive rent, questionable utilities, and I'm reasonably close to UW. I live with a great guy named Dylan who plays a ton of music. My other roommate has been one of my closest friends for the past 3 1/2 years. I have a formidable bike shop going in the basement, and I can play guitar as loud as I want
