Gah sorry about the late reply. But anyway um yeah. I hadn't actually ever heard the term whump before so I had to look it up, and I'm really not sure whether to classify this as that or not. I think primarily though, I'd probably call it sort of a study of Rose and her becoming someone who can stand up and say no. Actually, it's kind of hard to write, because this segment is actually pretty close to where I am in writing it and I really want to do a good job with this. I think I pretty much have a vague idea of where I'm going, but I'm not sure how long it is from here to there. For you though, I will soldier on. (I'm going to regret saying this later, when it's no longer three in the morning and the only excuse I have is that it's hard. But of course, I'm going to ignore that. Yep.) (Also your lovely comment makes me happy.)
