one suggestion... ditch the taco bell job and get a part time job as a cocktail server. they'll teach you a lot about mixing drinks and laws and such in bartending school, but the experience you get from working in a bar is leaps and bounds different. plus, a lot of bars wont hire you as a bartender without serving experience, or will only hire bartenders by promoting their servers. not to mention the fact that it will be far better money and much more fun than fast food!
