Good friends of mine wrote a song and I swear it coincidentally mirrored my own struggles this year. Here is a snippet:

In other, more fascinating news:
1) My poison oak rash has gone systemic on me. Of course, my first ever reaction is epic. Meh, never a dull moment.
2) Many friends have inspired me to run a half-marathon. I had no idea so many of them completed these races this year. I ran two 10K races in November so sure, why not. Kat, Shamrock wif me? The freezing cold (and too many benadryl pills) prevented me from waking up today to run. Remember: there is no such thing as bad weather only bad gear. Chinese Firecracker Run in Feb!
3) I can't believe our road trip starts next week. It will be a hoot'nanny until my bum gets tired from driving. wOOt! We are hitting six states and then kicking it at Lidia's for a bit. We'll meet up with a friend in Phoenix and be back in LA before the long haul back to BallSac.
4) LADY GAGA on Sunday!!!! I am her biggest fan (aka stalker). I am still deciding on my obnoxious 'fit. I am thinking about my 6-inch platforms with some Slutty McSlut wear. I love her long time.
BTW, my christmas tree is delicious.
5) My tattoos are coming along nicely. My last session was 8 hours and it was a mother fucker. The color is lovely. The detail is amazing. My next, just as painful, session is in February. The kanji will also get re-touched since I wasn't very good about their care. Curel is my newest friend. My Japanese artist trained under some great masters in Japan and was perfect for my Japanese themes. She is adorable and has become a good friend. I told her I am forcing her to accompany me to Japan in two years.
