you should tell someone, let your parents know. tell your therapist.
even let a friend know and hint to them you want to tell someone but dont know how, and they will probably tell someone themselves.

but you have to want the help. really think about it.
i know what you feel though, when you say you want to eat and not feel guilty. :(
my dad's totally clueless as well. but i really dont think hed be as surprised about it if i sat him down and told him. it could be the same with your parents they might have a hint but dont know what to do themselves.
i know my dad doesnt know what to do about anything pretty much when it comes to me and big situations like that.

like chips and cookies and cake (as if)
and i want to eat, but maybe i can be put on some kind of diet
and my dad signed me up for a gym in may thats still getting built

i know this sounds weird, but have you ever kept track of what your parents eat? mine knew, sort of, but when i started whatching them i realized where all my tips and tricks were really coming from...you might want to tell someone who if they turn out to be bad news, they don't have any influence over you. at least for the first part of 'therapy'.

Your parents could be in denial...it is a real phenomenon (your parents may not be "faking" that they can't see it) that deals with information that could be psychologically harmful.

I'd start off by telling your therapist.

Mine said "you're not fat" when I was 200 pounds!

Yeah, thanks mom. That helped me a lot.

If you can't tell the therapist write it down, explaining everything. Tell her that you want it confidential too.
