okay so as you all may or may not know, my registration stickers on my car have been misplaced. it's been paid for, but no stickers. so i've been driving around seemingly illegally. since then, i've racked up my share of parking tickets [several hundreds of dollars worth] there was this whole fiasco & i couldn't get new stickers & registration card
