YAY!!!

went to the doctors on saturday.. and was 136(ewwwwww).. but wieghed myself today and it was 134~!!!!!!!

Yay i am so happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

any one got tips to keep losing it?

Well, I punch my stomach when im hungry..Lots of ice water...broth..*nods* good stuff

Keep exercising and eat negative calorie foods. Oh, drink some green tea to keep your metabolism up, too :)
