why can't i have a normal roommate?

last night i was in the lounge watching a movie and mike decided he wanted to go to bed. since the noise of my computer running is too loud for him to sleep he made the smart decision to turn it off, forever sending a bunch of my research notes (for an upcoming essay) to the blissful land of nevermore

turning off yoru PC would not have deleted your notes had you "saved" them first! Leaving precious study material UN-saved is asking for trouble! Been there.. done that... did the re-write!

HOWEVER, Had Keith's annoying roommate not touched his computer without asking him, there wouldn't be a problem. Don't over look the true root of the issue! Nuff said.

or... turning off the pc before you went out would do the same thing. When you live with someone, you have to think of both sides of the coin. 'nuff said. I've actually come to believe that ALL roommates are idiots...
