During a latenite study session three days ago, my friend Joseph was telling me that if you do as many push-ups in a row as you can before you go to bed, your total will double within a week. I challenged him to a contest to see who could do the most pushups in April. I've deide to record the progress of my arm muscles in this blog! ( enjoy )
