We very well may be looking for a roommate to sublet starting in june. The three of us are almost positive we're releasing in september so we'd be looking for someone to stay at the very east through august and then move out in september, or just stay on with us for the next year (although we'd have to know which pretty much right off the bat). cool - $375 a month (unless landlord changes the rent) but that doesn't include utilities (usually $20 for cabel tv/internet and 30-40 for electricity, depending on how much we're using heat and hot water are all electric). I was thinking about being snotty and pressing for vegetarians but....well, I love you. Sarah wants a boy to balance the place but again, you'd definitely be top candidate. Let me know how thigns progress with you and I will as well from our end depending on who comes in june and how long they plan to stay.

I'm kind of amused that on my friends page I see Jeannette's post in Beantownkids about realtors coming in her place nonstop and with no notice, to which I thought "hey, that looks like Skippy's friend", followed by this post about your need for a roomate with her name in the title.
