Fires and such

So like, now my parents are convinced that I saved their house from being burned down, despite my insistence that it probably would have been fine, and just the neighbor's house would have caught fire. So I guess that means I'll be getting less crap from them for a while

Well, the fence between my house and the asian neighbors was on fire, I noticed this, and put it out. A bit later when the fire department and police showed up (I didn't call them - I had put out the fire so I didn't figure there would be much need for them - the neighbors called them because they suspected we tried to burn down the fence....to spite them, because they are paranoid), they said that due to how dry it was, and the wind at the time, if I hadn't caught the fire when I did, the neighbor's house probably would have sustained a bit of damage, if not, you know, burning down. As a comical sidenote, the police officer suspected that my sister may have been involved, and gave me permission to "give her a beatdown" as soon as he left. Lawl. Cedora didn't think this was funny, because for all the cop knew, I was a rampant sister beater.

I'm impressed.
