I may be lynched for saying it, but I'll miss the snow when it's all gone. Even more than the tempature, the white stuff on the ground makes it feel like winter to me. I appreciated the symbolism of the snow. When the dead ugly grass reappeared, it had a springy attitude to it. The snow did indeed make it seem like winter for a moment.

It's one of those symbols that's as much on the emotional and instinctual level as on the intellectual. I had to think about it for a bit to figure out that that's what it was doing to me.

I would like the snow to come back, too, especially since I missed it all down here and it was too cold to romp around in it up in PA (no comments from the MN peanut gallery, please :P). We need a day with about 4-5", so we all get off of work and can have a Snow Adventure.
