More than you wanted to know.
well last night was live and local! my first ever concerty type of a thing with lots of people. I went with Charlotte, Kelly, Gabs and Tristan.
The night was one of the best i have had for a really long time, so ill run you trhough the events
5:30- Arrive, am incredably pumped go inside and take our seat... yes seats how bad
6:00- Get very very bored, decided to go on a mission to try to get into the standing area.. talked to some security gaurd for a while. He still wouldnt let us in. Mesagged Luke, he couldnt be bothered to find us !! ahah i was hurt, a bit , sad a bit.
6- 7 Harassed the gaurd, he got sick of us, let us in!!! ARRR i was so exited
THE REST OF THE NIGHT.
Ok so basically from here on in we pushed our way through the crowd until we were about 1 1/2 meters from the barrier. On the way into the crowd we saw Luke, i was weird and i didn't really know how to act !! twas scary. Watched Slingshot. they were pretty good, i wasn't really to interested though. Then it was Betchadupa -WOW- i was amazed. Betchadupa now ='s COOLNESSSSS. Even Char liked em .. woo hoo. I started at the lovely bass player. Charlotte teased me saying "oh Angie he was just staring at you" ehehe i decided screw reality this is .. what i shall forever belive eheh.
Next was Magic Dirt. i must say that i was very pesimistic going into the magic dirt set but once they started i was so, so into it that now i will forever have a place for them in my heart ! Adalyta (not sure how to spell it) was AMAZING. She blew my mind.
Next was 28 days, i was uninterested but i gues the vibe was pretty cool for them, it was very energetic and it was fun to bop along with the Trucker hats and the pulled up socks ... in all my uncool glory ehehe. *damn those hats*. Tris and i went insane when Rip it Up came on.. we had been joking about it all week.
The next 10 mins was spent pushing throught the corwd to where i found Luke once again, we were both so amped for Jebs ! As soon as they walked on stage everyone pushed forward. and I freaked out, i was beeing pushed back and forwards and knocked so hard i screamed. Everyone around me could see i was freaking out, and we opted out moving back a little bit so that i was outside of the chaos. We lost charlotte along the way, she is so fragile and teeny tiny that i was so scared she would get crushed. Jebs started to play Harpoon and the fact that i was finally seeing them just overwhelmed me and i ...... ended up in a big crying, singing, mess. It was.. SO EMOTIONAL.
I cant explain how good it was to see Jebediah live, although i was sorta disapointed with their set. but hey ... it cant all go perfectly!!! After Jebs we went and got water and sat on the outsides of the crowd listening to MGF. they were ok... pretty fun i though ! we all got up and danced during that .... "roller coaster"song.
and that was the end of my very first concert.
