ok y'all so i need your advise. i have recently been offered the golden oppurtunity of living in philly with miranda for $200 a month. it means i get to live my life on my terms. or i can stay here and pay rent for the estimed priveledge of being able to stay out till the late hour of 1am on saturday nights. tough choice right? but it is

weigh all your costs cara. first, what is included in this $200. assuming that this figure is your share of the rent, then this is an excellent price for a chance to start out on your own......but you should also have a clear head for all the costs of truly having your own space. will you also have to pay for phone usage, electricity, water, gas......and ever most important, your share of the food? will you need to factor in transportation/fuel/insurance costs? all things that have a cost but are a step towards your own autonomy. and only you know where you feel best in your own skin
