I had twisted in the usual wattage, the usual time which results a perfectly edible insta-pizza (as a matter of fact, I had nuked one some hours before this one, and it came out perfectly fine)...
I have absolutely no idea why the cheese did not turn into same sort of charcoal (maybe the fats?), as the meaty layer between it and crust. Note that the crust is not charcoaled, either -- it is just hard-ish and crusty.
