i really love you, but unfortunately i am my living situation sucks, so unless i can live somewhere else for a little while, until i get a job and can pay for a place myself, i'm going to be going back east

Hey Austin, I'm sorry you're having such a hard time. I can see why you'd be frustrated by the experience you just described, but can I point out that posting about it online is a little bit passive aggressive and you might have more success talking to Robin about your concerns. But maybe not. Not every conflict can be talked through.

I wish I could offer you a room in my place, but we're using up all the space that we have.

It seems like there are ways you could make your stay here last - but you would probably need to get a job right away and work through the holidays. It sounds like that won't work for you. Even if you do go back to Virginia for a while, though, I'm sure there will be future opportunites for you to move to Portland. It's been really cool having you in town.
