I can sympathize with what you're saying; and don't worry, you're not coming across as attacking [at least I don't say that]. It seems that people are so damn busy with their own lives. I guess that's what happens when you get older. It doesn't make it any less isolating, though.

Michelle, I lost your 'Sauga telephone number. I might not be able to visit tomorrow, but perhaps I could phone you for a little bit? Do you think you could email me your number? (And if I *am* able to visit, I'd be able to get a hold of you and Melanie -- you said something about being free in the early afternoon, did you?)
