They should. Although cloud-munching does explain alot. It doesn't, however, explain where they come from? Perhaps a biproduct of God's farts? But then the whole world would stink something awful wouldn't it? Must not be that. And what happens when there isn't any clouds to munch? Does the cloud muncher just go somewhere else?
