The reason why is because of our culture, social and economic incorporations, of course! There are only two significant things that come over the southern border today: cheap labor and pot. Pot is an inculturation in America today that stems (haha) from South America.

The Romans, however, gave us our law, values of virility, gluttony, our economic system, religion, architecture basics, and so many more.
