so, turns out i was wrong. i sat down with the head of my program and was like "i can't post anything? really? REEEEEAAAAAALLLYYYYYYYYYY?!?!?!" and she pretty much said that as long as whatever i posted was only about me and my experience in the program, i can post. and i can probably still talk about even more stuff in locked entries. i am TOTALLY

do you have towels? if you do, lay them out under your inflatable, they'll provide a soft layer of support under the inflatable - the more the better. Any cotton based clothes that you're not wearing too, lay them out as flat as possible.

pc or laptop? if it's a laptop, figure out where the closest restaurant with wifi and an outlet is, and set up shop there.

Also, I think you need to think New York on this one, not Ohio. If people are talking outside your window, you should definitely scream and curse at them. And maybe throw something nasty to help make your point. No one will want to hang out for long in front of the crazy lady's window.
