Your room-mate sounds like she needs to get a fucking life. I wish I had the kind of play time that would allow me to look for a new room-mate every 8 weeks or so. Also, don't have a dry-erase board if nobody's allowed to write notes.
At least she didn't freak out and have a screaming, crying fit or anything. If you're going to be a bitch, at least do it quietly (and e-mail really is preferable to, you know, plate-throwing or whatever.)

First of all, if I'm paying rent, you better not be moving my shit unless it's to carry it outside in case of a fire. But she sounds like a real piece of work that powertrips over being on the lease, and you need somebody who'll respect that having roommates, lease or not, involves some amount of compromise.

In Philly vernacular that jawn is hype yo. Translation - bitch is crazy, with an extra negative spin on it. Alternate text is "That smut jawn is jo" which is even more negative than the first one. Philly's is a good dialect to curse people out in.
