Recently much has happened and as I survive I try to grow with the storms. I am still living with my parents as they both face increasing disability and ill health, still fighting for the best future for myself and my family. I have a much higher chance of finding my own housing now

You have shown amazing strength, I hope you see that as well, with your ability to hang on until you have housing despite your situation at home. Even though it's not pleasant, in its own way it's an exercise in self-reliance; I'd look at it that way.

I have read your second poem and will read the first one next. I think it's beautiful and as always your words have so much power and feeling in them it is very moving to read. I hope you are saving all of your writings, you have a gift with words and I'd encourage you to share it if that is something you feel comfortable doing. *tons of hugs*

I'm sorry things have been hard, and I'm glad to hear you're still actively seeking a better housing situation. I'm especially glad to hear you're not giving up, because you deserve to be happy and to live in a situation in which you can thrive.
