*hugs you tight* That sounds like a lot to have to deal with, but I'm really glad to hear things are planned out pretty thoroughly.
I hope the additional stress of having to help your dad will not be great, and I'm really glad you can retreat to your room and watch DVDs if you need to.

We got through it, though both myself and my father were so tired managing by ourselves that we both spent 12 hours in bed when mum came home!! I still feel more tired than usual but also having joint pain/swelling flare, but not sure if its a response to the stress or the changing season/temperature. The most painful part of mums knee no longer hurts after the surgery, and she thinks she has better mobility in the joint but still waiting for swelling to go down fully and still using two quad sticks to walk at the moment until she recovers more, but shes getting there :) xxx
