One thing that I always thought was that you store everything as fat if you eat at night, but that's not true I see... you metabolize it exactly the same. So eating a meal at night is not a bad thing... I knew that was just a myth but everyone thinks its true!!!
What is true is that when you do intense cardio, like running, your digestion slows wayyy down. Doesn't mean you'll gain fat, but it just means things move a lot slower.
