So, I need some advice.

I am sick of being yelled at for not having a medical alert bracelet or necklace on me by my mom and doc. I have to up my medical FSA so I decided since they qualify, I'll get one.

I just don't know what to get.

I'm thinking a sport band thing like this sport tag, then I could put a watch or something on the band, too.

i like the dog taggie things. i am supposed to wear one too and i still have not gotten one :( are you diabetic too?
i carry a card in my wallet for diabetes and because i take Lithium. wheee medical stuff!

No. She wants me to have one because I'm allergic to amoxicillin, eggs, and shellfish (and god knows what else like bing cherries and stuff) and she knows that I still eat shellfish and stuff with eggs (if it's totally cooked I don't really have any reaction, it's if it's raw where I'm in big trouble). And that I'm not good about carrying my epi-pen.

Yeah. Yea medical crap :)
