Teen Wolf!
So I finally watched the season finale, and, uh, whatever -
- I don't really get why Stiles was kidnapped and beaten up? Like, I *get* it, but there was no follow through, so it was just sort of empty, like a cliff-hanger because they needed a cliff-hanger type of thing.
- these last few eps have made me love Isaac, where before I thought he was horrible (as a wolf, not as a boy)
- Boyd and Erica, you have disappointed me. Also, their entire role in being kidnapped seemed to be moot, too. Like it was only to show Allison being mean and Chris being reasonable, but the basic *kidnapping* was pointless.
- Gerard is icky.
- Peter is still a creeper but a lovable one? Like I didn't want him back, but now that he's back I feel like he's awesome, even though he's going to go totally psycho again any day now.
- Look, I love Derek, I love Derek and Stiles, but seriously, this dude is sort of weird looking. I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who sees it? I don't actually find him all that attractive at all. But I love writing him like I think he's attractive, so whatever.
- What the fuck was with that HILARIOUS Jackson rising as a wolf scene, omg, I had to hide my face and get hysterical into the chair cushions, it was THAT RIDICULOUS.
- Okay, come on, a pack of Alphas? Really? That makes sense? REALLY?
Also, I read some meta about the state of the TW fandom and it just depressed me. Seriously, downers, leave us alone. There is a lot of bad fic and a lot of good fic, just like any other fandom, if you don't like it, stay out. I'm not usually very protective of fandoms? Like, bandom is so everywhere that you just couldn't be, and then SGA was already pretty big when I got into it, but Teen Wolf was itty bitty when I first started, and now it's exploded, and I just feel very stay the fuck away about it, which is not productive or *really* how I feel - the more the better, because I like to read just as much as I like to write - but, look, it's a fandom about *werewolves*, it's nothing classy, it's super cheesy to begin with, I like the cheese, I'm happy with it. So, yeah. I have no idea where I was going with that.
