In this case the trouble makers have kept themselves for the most part hidden.
We have a lot of people here who have been playing the game for ten to twenty years in some cases and because of this the have access to people in high places within the society.
The original crap hitting the fan was when this group of people decided not to go to the Baron directly but instead go way higher in the chain of command and start crapping on everyone from there
